Upstairs: *Spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen with lake views through bay window. *Fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals for larger groups. *Full bathroom *Three bedrooms: two king bedrooms and one twin-over-twin bunk room. Guests must agree to follow the house rules and the Arrowhead Lake Community Association rules. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. There are two fireplaces in the house. However, the fireplace in the dining room is not functional and the one in the living room, per fire code, is not to be used by guests. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or sauna. In order to support all of the wonderful amenities in the Arrowhead community, the community charges renters a daily per person rate as well as $20 per car gate card per stay. Fee is $2 per day per person for most of the year and $8.50 (or $46.50 per week) during summer season. This fee is NOT included in your booking. Prior to your stay we will verify the number of cars (maximum of 5) and people staying at the property and then send a separate request for this fee. A maximum of 5 cars can be registered.
