Tanglewood Retreat at Killington

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood just off the Killington access road. Easy access to shop and restaurants. Only 7 min drive to Killington base areas. Open living/kitchen/dining area on second floor with gas fireplace, large TV, games, and shuffleboard table. Step outside onto the large, covered, 2nd floor porch with seating, hammock chair, and peaceful, treetop mountain views. At night, view the stars and, if you're lucky, maybe even catch the aurora! Enjoy the fire pit and 6-person hot tub located off the covered first floor deck. Surrounded by trees w/ privacy from neighbors. On rainy days or during snow melts, enjoy the relaxing sound of the small waterfall located on our property while you soak in the hot tub. First floor: - Entryway with boot/glove dryer and hooks for all of your gear. - Two queen bedrooms, one with 40" Roku smart TV. - Bunk room with Roku smart TV and mini beanbag chairs. - Washer and dryer - Jack-and-Jill bathroom contains two half baths joined by a shower and tub room with a heated ceiling lamp. Second floor: Open living room, dining room and kitchen area with excellent views and access to the large second floor covered deck. Dining area w/ large bay window looking out into woods. - Gas fireplace - 55" Roku smart TV with Klipsch Bluetooth speakers - Shuffleboard table and games - Mini fridge Master bedroom with king bed and 50" Roku smart TV and desk with monitor. Master bathroom with shower, double vanity, and heated ceiling lamp. Kitchen is well-equipped with Instapot, blender, George Foreman, food processor, griddle, baking sheets, regular drip and Keurig coffee makers, smores-maker, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Large driveway with plenty of off-street parking. Four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle required to access property during winter conditions. Snowshoes available for non-skiers. We welcome all families, but our home is not childproofed. Air conditioning provided in second floor common area. If bedroom doors remain open this keeps the house cool on even the hottest Vermont days.
